turbo6a is required to conduct identity verification prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, following significant deposit activity. Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian users include a valid MyKad (Malaysian NRIC), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months). Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. turbo6a reserves the right to void all bets placed and suspend or permanently close any Account found to have been registered using fraudulent or inaccurate information, without obligation to refund any deposits where fraudulent intent is established.
turbo6a accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC-20, BNB). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
All payment processing on the turbo6a Platform is conducted through secured, encrypted channels. We do not store full card details on our servers. Cryptocurrency deposits are sent to unique wallet addresses generated per transaction.
Users may submit withdrawal requests subject to satisfying all applicable conditions set out in this Agreement, including completed KYC verification and fulfilment of any active wagering requirements associated with claimed bonuses.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the Account balance reaches the minimum.

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Exceptions may be granted at turbo6a's discretion, subject to additional verification requirements.
turbo6a reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal for up to seven (7) business days where a transaction is flagged for fraud review, unusual betting patterns, or potential breach of these Terms. The User will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor where permissible.
